The managing director, Ben Jones, is a former British soldier having served in 2nd Battalion The Royal Green Jackets and 4th Battalion The Rifles. Ben developed key operational experience from combatant roles across some of the world's most highly conflicted regions. Ben holds multiple recognised investigative qualifications, including Level 4 BTEC's in Tactical Foot and Mobile Surveillance, Tactical Surveillance Procedures, and the Pearson EDI Level 3 for Professional Investigators. Bens professional agency maintains clear criminal background checks, valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance policies and registration with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). These qualifications, combined with professional integrity and operational capability, support Sentry’s membership in the UK’s leading investigative bodies: the Association of British Investigators (ABI) and the Institute of Professional Investigators (IPI).
