Private detective costs can vary from one extreme to the other. Sentry Private Investigators offer tailored investigative services at highly competitive rates. SPI aim to keep cost's low, affordable and fair. Our fees are entirely transparent which are detailed and agreed upon from the offset. Please note, our surveillance services are priced at hourly rates only and task expenses may be charged additionally if applicable. Expected expenses will be detailed prior to committing to the use of our services, and unexpected expenses will be communicated through the course of the surveillance operation.

Private Detective Costs at Discounted Rates

SPI stems from former, extensive military terms of service with HM Forces. As such, we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and we proudly support serving and veteran members in any way we can. To that end, our UK private detective costs are charged at a 10% discounted rate on all services. It is the very least we can do to show our support. We do regularly review our private investigator rates to ensure our services are being delivered at fair and reasonable rates.

Payment Details

Our U.K private detective costs are generally set at fixed initial rates for certain services (trace searches, background checks, GPS tracker deployments etc). However, surveillance operations are charged at hourly rates which does not include operational expenses. Clients are provided with detailed proposals, terms of business and itemised invoices prior to committing to the use of our services. Final expense invoices will be generated on completion of surveillance operations where applicable. Investigations requiring a number of different services will be offered with discounts to ensure delivery of positive results at low rates.
